It is an accepted fact that our mental attitude has a direct impact on our Health.

When not prepared, everyday life experiences can start to build up stress, negative emotions or anxieties which take control of our lives, thus negatively impacting our health.

This is why it is so important to learn how to take control of our thoughts and build a strong spiritual foundation. This strong spiritual foundation allows us to accept, forgive and release those less desirable experiences, preventing them and the memory of them from getting a hold on our lives.

Sometimes this may seem like an impossible task, but like most endeavors, the first step is the hardest though with dedication and perseverance it becomes easier and easier until it becomes the habit.

Once you are able to forgive and release the negative aspects of your life, you can start to focus and attract positive experiences. You even learn that you can design and attract anything you desire into your life.

It is so amazing to realize that you can live whatever life you choose. When you release all the negative restrictions that are only in your mind, you become like a child again, everything becomes possible.
